Established in Newport more than 35 years ago, with over 50 years of experience in all avenues of hairdressing, we strive to keep the highest possible standards in all aspects of the salon service. Being rated 5* by the Good Salon Guide, we not only focus on giving you great hair, but a great experience also, focusing as much on customer service as we do on achieving the perfect hair! Hairplay is Wella Premiere Salon, using the highest quality products, including System Professional and revolutionary hair loss product Nioxin.

Perming is not what it used to be. We can now use perming, not just create curl, but to create volume and movement within your hair too.
Wedding Hair
We offer bespoke Wedding Hair packages tailored to suit you and your bridal party, no matter the size. We offer both in salon, at home or wedding venue packages, so your day can run as smoothly as possible.
